The wood of douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) takes an exceptional position. It combinates the best properties of soft- and hardwood. The origin is North-America, but meanwhile it´s a natural element also in europe.
Because of it´s strong weather resistance it´s predestinated for outdoor use such as garden tables, decks but also for interior use.
