Unique Monolith Table Blanks: History for Your Home

These exclusive Monolith table blanks come from a historic purple-leaved beech (Fagus sylvatica Purpurea Latifolia) in a majestic castle garden near Stuttgart. The planting date is documented as 1860. The tree was felled on February 26, 2024, due to a fungal infestation, and I milled it up on site in March and July 2024.
Each individual plank tells the story of centuries past. It captivates with its extraordinary, distinctive coloring and the impressive grain of a true solitary tree.

On the first day of sawing (on-site), I was able to cut discs up to 130 cm/51 Inches in diameter and table blanks measuring approximately 160 x 106 cm/5,2 feet x 41 Inches. The wood is now in stock, where it will air-dry for at least 4 years before we process it ourselves. However, it is also available for purchase.

From the second log, I was also able to cut slabs up to 130 cm/51 Inches in diameter and table blanks measuring approximately 180 x 130 cm/5,9 feet x 51 Inches The wood is now in stock, where it will air-dry for at least 4 years before we process it ourselves.
