In my own timber trade you will find solid wood from the region for furniture construction. Especially for DIY. For all those who “dare” to work with real solid wood. I am also happy to take on production steps that you cannot do yourself, for example due to a lack of tools.

In addition to my table manufacture for exclusive unique pieces of solid wood, you will find in my specialized wood trade also raw material often unique and impressive unique pieces mostly sawed by ourselves, ie. Solid wood from the region of Stuttgart, Rottenburg and Nuremberg with proof of origin, "impossible" shapes and sizes, also wood slices, characteristic to wild or harmonious, with tree edge, air dried or kiln dried in many wood species etc..;

Giant tree slices, solid wood unique specimens
For tree slice tables, tree trunk tables or simply unusual and also very large tables and counters, you will find a large selection of unique huge planks and slices of different types of wood mostly from the Stuttgart, Rottenburg and Nuremberg region with proof of origin in my wood shop in Leinfelden near Stuttgart.
Currently i have such unique pieces of e.g. oak, red oak, maple, pear, jap. cord tree, sycamore, willow, poplar, Douglas fir and beech in stock.
Each piece is unique without exception and perfect for tree slice tables, big dining tables, and river table.
Looking for an "eye-catcher" as a "picture" in an entrance hall or for a large living room? Why not hang a giant disc...a playground for your imagination.

Basically, the wood comes from the region of Stuttgart, Rottenburg and Nuremberg (exceptions are indicated separately) and is sawn up by ourselves and air-dried for years. The origin and history of each log is documented.
In my woodshop you find also rather unusual, unusual pieces, like e.g. forks.
Besides "normal" unedged boards/planks in various thicknesses and lengths, we also have short, bent to S-shaped pieces in stock.
I am also happy to offer processing up to the finished table top.
Currently i have maple, apple, birch, pear, Douglas fir, yew, oak, service tree, ash, cucumber magnolia, hornbeam, jap.cord tree, cherry, linden, walnut, plum, sycamore, some elm and a small selection of exotics (Amaranth, Jatobá, Koto, Wenge) as well as beautiful pine from Franconia (mostly kiln dried) in stock.
What you cannot find in my extensive stock of regional solid wood, I can also procure kiln-dried from external sources.
From the common types of wood such as oak, maple, beech and cherry to fine types of wood such as European and American walnut, pear and rarer types of wood such as alder and lime, all usually from the Nuremberg-Ulm-Stuttgart region.
The standard lengths are around 350 - 500 cm, the usual widths between 30 and 70 cm, often even more. Thicknesses of 30, 40, 50, 60 mm and more.
Pine wood from Franconia (from the region of Nuremberg)
I can offer you almost unlimited quantities of beautiful air-dried and debarked pine wood from Franconia. It is also possible to obtain this product already planed on two sides and/or four sides.
The raw material has lengths of approx. 400 - 500 cm / 13 - 16 ft; due to transportation possibilities i can offer max. 500 cm/16 ft length; in stock there are always up to approx. 300 cm/10 ft. Standard widths approx. 15-50 cm /6-20 Inches with tree edge, standard thicknesses approx. 30 - 52 mm / 1,2-2 Inch; other dimensions on request.
I also craft benches for you from large, exclusive solid oak beams. Custom lengths of up to approximately 250 cm are possible. The wood used for this is exceptional and available in limited quantities. This is a one-of-a-kind batch of oak originally sawn into railroad ties from the Nuremberg City Forest, but which were never used and remain untreated. These are simply perfect for exposed beams in your home or business in Baden-Württemberg, or even as a bench.
Alternatively, the seat can be made from a thick oak plank. I’m always open to special requests.
You’ll also find some beams made from unusual wood species in my selection—currently, for example, a few made from ash.
