The Origin:

It all begins right in nature. I usually select the logs myself in forests and gardens in the Stuttgart and Nuremberg regions. Only ancient, monumental logs and woods with character are considered.

A Maturation Period for Perfection

We cut the tree trunks right on site. Then comes the most important ingredient: patience. The wood is stored and allowed to mature in the open air for many years. Only after this natural resting period is it free of tension and ready.

Meticulous Handcrafting for Generations

Your table is crafted from this wood through precise, meticulous handwork. A piece of furniture built to last for generations. My extremely thorough surface treatment provides the most important protection. In an extremely labor-intensive, multi-step process (sanding, oiling, polishing), the surface is meticulously prepared and protected layer by layer with deep-penetrating protection. This makes the surface extremely durable. It withstands scratches, liquids, and the rigors of everyday life, and can be refinished many times if necessary.
