Process for Your Online Inquiry and Order:

1. Your Inquiry: If you are interested in a product, send me a message via the contact form or by email. This does not yet constitute a binding purchase contract.

2. My Offer: I will review your inquiry and send you a binding offer, along with the legally required information, via email.

3. Conclusion of the Contract: The purchase contract is legally binding only once you confirm this offer via email. You will then receive the invoice conveniently via email as well.
