A truly huge tree-edged dining table made from two pieces of solid oak. The customer had selected the oak wood with its strong character from the same trunk in my wood store in Leinfelden near Stuttgart, and I took care of the face milling and cutting to size. The customer carried out the rest of the work himself, including frosting the edges, sanding, surface treatment and assembly.

The tree edge was finished on all sides and harmoniously matched on the inside with a visible joint.

The table is approx. 350 cm (11,5 feet) long and 110-115 cm (43-45 Inches) wide. The final thickness is approx. 4.5 cm (1,8 Inches). The unique steel table frame was specially selected and sent by the customer.
