Rarity - very old, extremely wild-grained olive from Greece (from the famous green island of Tassos) - I have (only) four sawn-up exceptional trunks in stock for you - all absolutely sensational ancient olive trunks that were felled in 2019 and sawn up on site with a vertical log band saw. They were dead/no longer bore olives and instead of processing them into firewood, they were transformed into these “rough diamonds” in a carefully planned operation. I maintain that it will be difficult to find anything comparable on the market. The pieces are up to 230 cm long and up to approx. 90 cm wide (from a single piece)! From coffee tables to counters to dining tables, everything is included/makeable. These pieces are also predestined to be finished with resin. As they are heavily riddled with cracks and cavities, this alone is an “art” (and extreme test of patience) in itself to “handle” by hand.

This is one of the particularly beautiful coffee table pieces measuring approx. 150 x 90 x 4.5 cm. It is poured with epoxy resin in black and gold, which harmonizes perfectly with the beautiful warm olive wood. The resin work for this was extremely time-consuming, but the result is more than worth all the effort.
